Booklet accompanying the film which the Filmkollektiv Zürich made in collaboration with Alain Tanner, “is a report on the making of Jonas qui aura 25 ans en l'an 2000, but also an essay on a film style that breaks with Hollywood conventions and engages in a dialog with the viewer. Cinéma mort ou vif? focuses on one scene from Tanner's film, scene 46, the only one in which all eight protagonists meet.
