The exhibition, which has been prepared by a group of women in the NGBK for three years, will show the actual position of women artists in art and society over the last hundred years. The exhibition will feature the work of around 190 women artists - paintings, drawings, graphics, sculptures and textiles, as well as photography, film, video, performance and other actions. This is the first time that female artists have been shown on this scale and in this context.
