What would the world look like if everyone had the same prerequisites as anyone else? Manuela Pfrunder answers this question by presenting an imaginary new world order in "Neotopia". "Neotopia" shows the impressively designed vision of a world in which everything is redistributed in the sense of radical justice, in which every human being has the same rights and thus also the same claim to all resources.
On the basis of current statistics, ownership is regulated in such a way that everyone receives the same share of everything. What does every individual have? How much island? How much ice cream? How long do we live in luxury? How long are we starving, and in how many years do we get a new pair of jeans? "Neotopia" divides each own land, 291.5 m x 291.5 m tall, with island, water, cultivated and farmland, with desert, a share of rice, car and soap production and the freedom to use its resources in its own way.
